Who we are

Strengthscape bridges research and practice to help organisations build inclusive cultures, develop capable leaders, and create supportive environments. Led by Dr Tahnee West, we combine educational leadership and inclusion expertise to deliver practical, evidence-informed solutions tailored to each organisation.

Dr West is a qualified teacher and academic with a wealth of experience in educational leadership, mentoring, and coaching. She lectures at Curtin University and has published research in the following fields:

  • STEM engagement for minoritised groups;
